Wednesday Weekly Weigh-in
Since I have been up and down in weight for months now, today’s weight will be my CW. And I want to have incremental GW’s, in my mind I know the big picture, but its easier to think of losing 1-5 lbs at a time instead of wanting to lose 30.
12/14 Weigh-In: 142.5
GW #1: 135 (I know 7.5 lbs is more than 5lbs, but I want to do this in even increments)
So the so called plan for the next 2 weeks will have to wait till I make a plan to accomplish my plan! Didn’t realize that I failed to stock my fridge with food to accomplish a no sugar, no carb couple of weeks. For now I will work on tracking everything I eat on SparkPeople.com and maintain working out.
Plan for the next 2 weeks......
Plan: No Sugar or Bread Carbs till Christmas, oh and no alcohol……lets see if I can pull this off!
